These Terms of Service govern your use of the Squirrel360 website, the self-serve app and our done-with-you GTM services. This is placeholder text — replace it with your final terms before publishing.

1. Services

Squirrel360 provides go-to-market tooling and done-with-you services across connected CRM, data, outreach and design tools, run for a six-month engagement then handed over.

2. Fees

Plan fees, setup fees and any third-party tool licences are as agreed on your chosen tier. Tool licences remain in your name and are billed to you directly.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws (including data-protection and anti-spam rules), and use the services in good faith.

4. Intellectual property

We retain rights to our methodology, templates and playbooks. You own your data, accounts and any content created for you.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
